By using SkyTree Accelerator, your internet traffic is transmitted through an encrypted connection, safeguarding your data from third-party interception. SkyTree Accelerator does not guarantee the ability to handle all geographic restrictions or content blocks.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to use SkyTree Accelerator services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: distributing malware, sending spam, infringing intellectual property, or conducting cyberattacks. You are solely responsible for all actions taken while using SkyTree Accelerator services.
Account Management
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please contact support@vpnjs.net immediately. SkyTree Accelerator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
Payment and Refunds
SkyTree Accelerator offers various subscription plans, with prices as displayed at the time of purchase. All paid plans are backed by a 30-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. To request a refund, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Service Availability
SkyTree Accelerator aims to provide 99.95% service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. SkyTree Accelerator is not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events. We will strive to provide advance notice for planned maintenance windows.
Changes to Terms
SkyTree Accelerator reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be communicated via website announcements or email notifications. Continued use of SkyTree Accelerator services will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
